The New Media Manager will develop strategies for new media integration into agency’s recommended media mix, plus will manage & execute the integration of that new media in order to maximize effectiveness of clients’ budgets. In this role, the New Media Manager will work with cross-functional members of the organization to define, plan and execute social engagement solutions as well as develop overarching strategies for New Media Campaigns. He/ she will focus on helping to support & develop emerging media, including online digital display advertising, mobile media, social media, social gifting, social group buying, online video and other user generated content, mobile apps, etc. Qualifications:
At Real Integrated, we hate internship cliches. So we created a 10-week program that’s different. At this advertising agency, interns won’t do the trivial. They’re not here to do our busy work. On the contrary, interns get their own assignments for real clients. This is about giving talented young people real advertising experience. Something you won’t get from filing things all day. In our program interns essentially become their own agency. They come up with the ideas and execute them to real-world standards. Each intern will be assigned a mentor they can consult with throughout the program. After the program is over, they’ll leave with a portfolio of real work. Our internship builds more than resumes.
